Job Description
- Manage overall branch operations and daily activities.
- Achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Generate new business through field visits and customer acquisition.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.Promote and sell chit fund and other financial products.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual targets.
- Track daily activities, leads, conversions, and collections.Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.Coordinate with the Head Office and report branch performance.
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalated issues.
- Analyse branch performance and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation and accurate reporting.Manage local market development and business expansion.
- Experience: 6+ years in sales/branch management, preferably in financial services.
- Skills: Leadership, sales management, team handling, customer relationship management, and target achievement
- .Qualification: Any Degree.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
