*Job Description*
The Station Operator Team Leader is responsible for managing daily operations across assigned battery-swapping stations, leading station operators, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering a high-quality customer experience while ensuring safety compliance.
*Key Responsibilities*:
Supervise and guide Station Operators in daily station activities.
Ensure smooth and efficient battery swapping operations.
Monitor battery inventory, charging status, and stock accuracy.
Maintain station uptime and operational readiness.
Conduct regular inspections of batteries, chargers, and station equipment.
Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Track station performance and productivity metrics.
Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams for issue resolution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Conduct team training and monitor performance.
Manage shift planning and workforce allocation.
*Requirements*:
ITI / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in operations, warehouse, logistics, EV, automotive, or team handling roles.
Experience managing field staff or operational teams preferred.
Basic knowledge of mobile applications and reporting tools.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
