About the Role Yash Skill Hub is launching a new Online Courses vertical offering short-term and long-term online programs. We are looking for a motivated Career Counsellor / Online Courses Sales Executive who can create awareness, engage prospective students, conduct counselling sessions, and drive admissions while helping establish this new business vertical.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and host webinars to create awareness about online courses.
• Explain industry trends, market demand, and skill gaps to prospective students.
• Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions through Zoom or Google Meet.
• Guide students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
• Manage the complete admission sales cycle from lead generation to enrolment.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Develop and maintain placement partnerships and employer tie-ups for online and offline students.
• Maintain accurate lead records and counselling reports.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

• Qualifications & ExperiencePrior experience in education or career counselling is mandatory.
• Experience in study abroad counselling will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and basic MS Office tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
