Job Description – Senior Design Engineer (Robotics, Automation, SPM & Assembly Systems)
Position-Senior Design Engineer – Robotics & Industrial Automation Department-Engineering / Design
Location-Talawade ,Pune, Maharashtra
Experience-8–15 Years
Mechanical Design
Design robotic automation cells and complete automation systems. • Design Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) for manufacturing industries. • Design manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic assembly stations. • Design complete assembly lines. • Design conveyor systems including: • Belt Conveyors • Roller Conveyors
Chain Conveyors • Slat Conveyors • Overhead Conveyors • Pallet Transfer Systems
• Design material handling equipment, fixtures, jigs, EOATs, and robot grippers. • Design welding, inspection, testing, and packaging automation systems.
Project Engineering • Understand customer requirements and convert them into engineering soluƟons. • Prepare machine concepts and layouts. • Perform feasibility studies. • Develop complete 3D machine assemblies. • Prepare manufacturing drawings. • Release drawings for producƟon. • Coordinate design changes during manufacturing and assembly. Engineering Calculations Perform engineering calculaƟons for: • Structural members • PneumaƟc systems • Servo sizing • Motor selecƟon • Gearbox selecƟon • Linear guides • Ball screws • Timing belts • Bearings • Conveyor calculaƟons • Cycle Ɵme analysis • Payload calculaƟons • Robot reach validaƟon
