Structural Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Precast and Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC) manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the structural design, engineering analysis, detailing, and technical support of precast and UHPC products. This role involves close collaboration with the design, production, quality, and project teams to ensure products meet structural performance, quality, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze precast concrete and UHPC structural elements.
• Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and engineering documentation.
• Develop reinforcement detailing, lifting arrangements, and connection details.
• Design and review precast molds, formwork, and production methodologies.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Review shop drawings and fabrication drawings before production.
• Support production teams by providing engineering solutions during manufacturing and installation.
• Conduct structural checks for transportation, handling, lifting, and erection of precast elements.
• Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, and production efficiency.
• Participate in product development and innovation for new precast and UHPC systems.
• Assist the quality team in investigating non-conformities and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide technical support during site installation when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3–8 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in precast concrete, UHPC, or reinforced concrete structures.
• Strong understanding of reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, and UHPC behavior.
• Knowledge of relevant design codes and standards.
• Experience in preparing structural calculations and engineering reports.

Work Environment

This position combines office-based engineering with regular interaction on the manufacturing floor and occasional visits to project sites. The engineer will work closely with production, quality assurance, procurement, and project management teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality precast and UHPC products.
