Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager / Director of Operations


Job SummaryThe Banquet Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all banquet and event operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and efficient service delivery. This role manages banquet staff, coordinates with various hotel departments, ensures compliance with service standards, and is accountable for the successful execution of conferences, weddings, corporate meetings, and social events.
