Job Description – Site Supervisor (Facility Management)

Position: Site Supervisor

Location: Koregaon Bhima, Pune

Salary: As per your last drawn salary

The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring housekeeping, security, maintenance, and manpower activities are carried out efficiently. The role includes supervising on-site staff, maintaining attendance records, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, resolving operational issues, and preparing daily reports. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience in facility management. Candidates must be able to manage client requirements, monitor service quality, and ensure smooth site operations while maintaining high standards of discipline and productivity.
