Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of EPC projects for fire protection systems including Hydrant, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Detection, and Gas Suppression systems.
• Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with Design, Procurement, QA/QC, and Site teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, PMCs, and third-party inspection agencies. Conduct kickoff meetings and regular progress reviews.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and ensure compliance with NFPA, IS, NBC, and project specifications.
• Coordinate procurement activities, monitor vendor performance, and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Supervise installation, testing, flushing, hydrostatic testing, commissioning, and final handover with complete documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, manage project variations, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Enforce HSE and quality standards, support audits and inspections, and ensure successful third-party approvals.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Fire Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in EPC/Fire Protection Projects (preferred).
