Customer Support Executive
Quick Web Solutions | H-140, Sector 63, Noida – 201301
Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift) | Working Days: 6 days a week, fixed Tuesday off
About the Role
Quick Web Solutions is hiring a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to support our international (US-based) customers via chat, email, and calls. If you have strong English communication and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across chat, email, and calls
- Resolve queries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain strong product knowledge to give customers accurate information
- Escalate unresolved issues to the right internal team
- Keep clear, accurate records of every customer interaction
- Meet personal and team targets for response time, CSAT, and resolution rate
Required Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable multitasking across chat, email, and calls
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, ticketing tools)
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
- Able to work night shifts consistently (10 PM – 7 AM)
Eligibility
- 12th Pass minimum (Graduates preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
- Customer support or BPO experience is a plus
Salary
- Freshers: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000/month
- Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
- Final offer based on interview + attractive performance incentives
