We're Hiring: Operations Executive | Pune

At StayByHours (SBH), we're reimagining how hotels sell their unsold inventory through hourly stays. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Operations Executive who enjoys solving problems, working with hotel partners, and making sure things get done.

This role is perfect for someone who:

Loves interacting with people and building relationships.

Can coordinate across teams and keep operations running smoothly.

Enjoys taking ownership instead of waiting for instructions.

Wants to learn how a travel-tech startup scales from the inside.

Role: Operations Executive

📍 Location: Balewadi, Pune (Work from Office)

🕒 Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with the right attitude are welcome)

🎓 Graduate or Undergraduate can apply

What you'll do:

Coordinate with hotel partners for onboarding and day-to-day operations.

Ensure property information and listings are accurate.

Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.

Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Support teams.

Help improve processes as we scale.
