Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and online sources.

Build targeted prospect lists and generate qualified leads.

Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls.

Schedule meetings for the sales team.

Maintain lead data and activity records in CRM.


Requirements:


1–3 years of lead generation, inside sales, or business development experience.

Strong research and communication skills.

Experience with LinkedIn and CRM tools.

Self-driven and target-oriented.


Preferred:


Experience working with HR, recruitment, staffing, or B2B services.
