Job SummaryJP Associates Company is seeking a motivated and responsible Field Collection Executive to manage customer collections, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role requires regular field visits to customers, timely payment collection, and accurate reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their locations to collect outstanding payments
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices and payment commitments.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and customer interactions.
• Deposit collected payments as per company procedures.
• Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams regarding payment status.
• Resolve customer payment-related queries professionally.
• Submit daily collection reports and field visit updates to the reporting manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines during collection activities.
• Achieve monthly collection targets.
• Required QualificationsMinimum qualification: 10+2, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in field collections, recovery, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone applications.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
