Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage after-sales service operations for agriculture machinery and equipment
  • Handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement service strategies, policies, and SOPs
  • Manage and monitor field service engineers and technicians
  • Coordinate with production and quality teams for product improvements
  • Handle warranty claims, service reports, and documentation
  • Maintain spare parts planning and availability for service operations
  • Conduct training programs for service teams and dealers
  • Analyze service data and drive continuous improvement initiatives


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Must have experience in agriculture equipment or machinery manufacturing industry
  • Proven experience in handling after-sales service operations
  • Experience in managing dealer networks and field service teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service locations
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and basic electricals
