Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

 

* Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects. 

* Conduct site investigations and analyze survey reports, maps, and data. 

* Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules. 

* Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and regulations. 

* Review and approve engineering plans and drawings. 

* Supervise construction activities and ensure quality control. 

* Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. 

* Identify and resolve design and construction issues. 

* Perform risk assessments and ensure safety standards are met.
