Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential business and working professionals to promote our immigration services.
  • Handle incoming calls from agencies and clients, provide information, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain and updated information in the database.
  • Follow up with them to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance goals.
  • Stay informed about company services to provide accurate information.
