Job Description

Track and trace all vehicles through GPS and camera monitoring systems.

Monitor vehicle movement and ensure adherence to operational guidelines.

Identify, record, and book all vehicle and driver violations.

Call drivers and educate them regarding safety violations and corrective measures.

Monitor driver behaviour through ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) camera devices.

Review alerts related to speeding, harsh braking, distracted driving, fatigue, and other safety events.

Maintain and update all operational data, violation records, and vehicle status in Google Sheets.

Prepare and submit reports of all previous day's violations and observations.

Coordinate with drivers and the operations team for timely resolution of issues.

Ensure accuracy of records and timely reporting to management.
