Job Description
- Experience :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in store management, inventory control, warehouse operations, or material management.
- Experience in handling electrical materials, components, and industrial equipment will be preferred.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for timely procurement of materials.
- Verify material receipts against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Issue materials to production, service, or project teams as per requirements.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
- Maintain inventory records in ERP/software systems and prepare stock reports.
- Minimize material loss, damage, and inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards within the store area.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments for smooth material flow.
- Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management practices.
- Familiarity with electrical materials, components, and equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and inventory management software.
- Good leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
