Position: Customer Support Executive

Industry: Debt Management / Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:✅ Assist customers after they have enrolled in our debt management program.

✅ Provide timely updates on the status of their cases and bank negotiations.

✅ Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case processing.

✅ Follow up with customers for required documents and information.

✅ Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.

✅ Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Requirements:✔ Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).

✔ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

✔ Ability to handle sensitive financial discussions with empathy and professionalism.

✔ Good computer skills and experience using CRM systems is preferred.

✔ Experience in customer service, banking, financial services, BPO, or debt management is an added advantage.
