Telesales Executive

• Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products and services.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversion rates.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM/system.
• Address customer queries and objections professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to achieve individual and team goals.

• Preferred SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in Kannada & English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/software applications.
