Job Description
Job Title: Quality Inspector
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a Quality Inspector to examine raw materials, components, and finished products on our manufacturing floor, ensuring they meet company and industry quality standards before shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect materials and finished products using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers)
- Identify and document defects or non-conformances
- Reject substandard items and report issues to production teams
- Maintain accurate inspection and quality records
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Support root cause analysis and process improvement efforts
Required Skills:
- High school diploma; technical certification preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in quality inspection or QC role
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Good communication skills
