Job Description
Team Leader – Quality (Arasur, Coimbatore)
Location: Arasur, Coimbatore
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE (Mechanical, Automobile, Production or related field)
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise incoming, in-process, and final quality inspection activities.
- Manage a team of quality inspectors and ensure adherence to quality standards and customer requirements.
- Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and support audits.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and customer complaint data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Required SkillsTeam handling and leadership experience
- Knowledge of Quality Tools (7 QC Tools, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis)
- Experience in automotive manufacturing and quality systems
- Understanding of GD&T, drawing interpretation, and inspection methods
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer quality requirements
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Industry: Automotive / Aluminium Casting / Manufacturing Industry.
