About the Role

Andromeda Sales & Distribution is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Telecaller / Team Leader to lead a team of telecallers while actively contributing to business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through telecalling, guiding team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and explain company loan products.

Understand customer requirements and convert leads into successful sales.

Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Update daily call reports and coordinate with the reporting manager.

Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of telecallers.

Allocate leads and monitor daily team performance.

Train and mentor new team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.

Ensure team members achieve individual and team sales targets.

Conduct daily review meetings and provide performance feedback.

Resolve team queries and support members in closing sales.

Prepare and submit team performance reports to management.

Maintain discipline, productivity, and quality standards within the team.

Eligibility Criteria

✓ Any Degree / Diploma

✓ 1 – 3 Years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Banking, Finance

✓ Strong communication, leadership, and convincing skills

✓ Experience in handling telecalling teams and achieving targets

✓ Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
