Qualification:
Undergraduate / Graduate
Good communication skills
Prior telesales experience preferred
Sales experience will be an added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Generate leads and explain Home Loan products.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan solutions.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Loan Sales.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
2nd Saturday Off
