Job Description
Urgent Requirement – HR Executive / HR ManagerAim Defence Academy is urgently looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive / HR Manager for our various locations across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and staffing for academy branches
- Conduct interviews and candidate screening
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Attendance and leave management
- Performance management and employee engagement
- Handling HR policies and compliance
- Coordination with branch heads and management
- Maintaining employee records and HR reports
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office and HR processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
