Position: Warehouse Manager

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Manufacturing Industry Preferred)

Salary: Upto 25000

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations,

inventory management, dispatch, and team supervision. The ideal candidate should have strong

knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, ERP/Tally systems, and Excel.

Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inward, storage, and outward of

materials.

 Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.

 Supervise goods receipt, dispatch, loading, and unloading activities.

 Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase and Production departments.

 Maintain warehouse documentation, GRN, delivery challans, and stock registers.

 Conduct periodic physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.

 Ensure proper storage conditions and warehouse housekeeping.

 Lead and supervise warehouse staff and ensure productivity.

 Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.

 Should have knowledge in Barcode Machine

Required Skills

 Strong knowledge of Warehouse & Inventory Management.

 Good command of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reports).

 Experience with ERP/Tally inventory modules.

 Leadership and team management skills.

 Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
