Our Management Trainee Programme is designed to develop the next generation of managers by teaching the foundations of business growth from the ground up.
Rather than moving straight into management, successful candidates will first learn the core fundamentals of sales, customer acquisition, communication, and client representation. We believe that great leaders understand every aspect of the business and can confidently teach those skills to others.
What You'll Be Doing
Phase 1: Business FoundationsDuring your initial training period, you will:
• Learn customer acquisition and sales fundamentals
• Represent nationally recognised clients and campaigns
• Develop communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Understand how businesses attract and retain customers
• Gain hands-on experience working directly with customers
• Learn how performance is measured and managed
Phase 2: Leadership DevelopmentAs you progress and demonstrate results, you will begin learning:
• Team leadership and people management
• Recruitment and onboarding processes
• Coaching and mentoring new team members
• Performance management and team development
• Business planning and operational management
• How to build and lead high-performing teams
Phase 3:
Management ResponsibilitiesAs the company expands, successful trainees will transition into leadership positions where they will:
• Manage and develop their own team
• Train new staff on the foundations of customer acquisition and sales
• Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews
• Support expansion into new territories and markets
• Play an active role in company growth and development
