Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance management, and HR administration.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
• Assist in payroll inputs and HR compliance activities.
• Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS records.
• Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.
• Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• QualificationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
