Job Description

📞 Telecaller Executive – Customer Support We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to handle customer calls and provide support. The role involves communicating with customers, solving their queries,regular follow-up and ensuring a smooth service experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
  • Do regular follow-up calls with customers for updates and feedback
  • Guide customers about services and processes
  • Maintain call records and update customer details
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Polite and customer-friendly attitude
