Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing customer inquiries, generating leads, and converting opportunities into sales. Knowledge of the IndiaMART portal and lead management is essential.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound B2B sales calls and customer inquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads through the IndiaMART portal and other online sources.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate with the sales team to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
