Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPerform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Process and verify documents and customer information.
  • Update and manage databases and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth backend operations.
  • Prepare reports and maintain MIS data.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record management.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
  • RequirementsGraduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in backend operations, data entry, or administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
