Job Description

AE Square Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Process Coordinator to manage and monitor immigration and visa processing activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure applications are processed accurately, efficiently, and within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end visa and immigration application processes.
  • Review client documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM/system.
  • Track application status and follow up with clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with case managers, documentation teams, and external partners.
  • Communicate with clients regarding document requirements, application updates, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration policies, company procedures, and quality standards.
  • Prepare reports on application status, pending cases, and processing timelines.
  • Resolve routine process-related issues and escalate complex cases when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data.
  • Support continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in process coordination, operations, customer support, or immigration/visa processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/software applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in Immigration, Visa Consultancy is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of visa documentation and immigration processes is preferred.
