Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused Front Office Associates to join our upcoming property in Noida, Sector 15.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain accurate reservation and billing records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Uphold service standards and create a positive first impression for guests.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a sharp and presentable personality.
  • Strong guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates from a hospitality background are welcome to apply.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts and be willing to relocate/Commute regularly to the job location
