Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities through colleges, universities, coaching institutes, corporates, and other educational partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, Directors, HODs, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and other key decision-makers.
- Generate and manage institutional collaborations for workshops, seminars, guest lectures, internships, placement drives, and training programs.
- Represent NSG Academy during meetings, networking events, education fairs, and campus visits.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and partnership documents to support collaboration efforts.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective partners and ensure regular follow-ups.
Sales & Admissions:
- Handle student inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, and walk-ins.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, fee structures, and admission processes.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions through consistent communication and relationship building.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Marketing & Lead Generation:
- SupportPlan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage prospective students.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns for new and existing leads.
- Respond promptly to inquiries received through WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated from digital campaigns, seminars, webinars, and events.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities, education fairs, seminars, workshops, and admission drives.
- Share regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and student requirements to improve marketing and sales strategies.
General Responsibilities:
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports.
- Maintain professional relationships with students, parents, institutional partners, and clients.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve organizational growth and revenue goals.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach while representing NSG Academy.
