Job Description

Lead quality team (Inspectors / Engineers / Auditors)

Ensure compliance with aerospace standards like AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO 9001

Monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities

Handle customer complaints and corrective actions (CAPA)

Conduct root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone

Review quality reports, NCR, FAI, PPAP documents

Ensure GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation

Coordinate with production, design, and customer teams

Lead internal and external audits

Improve process quality using Lean and Six Sigma tools

Maintain quality KPIs and daily reports
