Job Description
Clear communication – Speaks confidently and politely in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
Good listening skills – Understands customer requirements before offering products.
Persuasion and negotiation – Can create interest and convince prospects to schedule a meeting or request a quotation.
Lead generation – Can identify decision-makers and collect quality leads.
Follow-up skills – Regularly follows up with customers until a decision is made.
Computer knowledge – Can update call records in Excel.
Product learning ability – Willing to understand commercial dishwashers, glass washers, kitchen equipment, and chemicals.
Time management – Makes the required number of productive calls every day.
Objection handling – Responds professionally when customers say "No," "Not interested," or "Call later."
Positive attitude and patience – Remains courteous even with difficult customers
