Job Description
- Job DescriptionMake outbound calls to potential customers and introduce the company's portal.
- Explain the features, benefits, and services offered on the portal.
- Assist customers in creating their portal account (Sign Up) and completing the registration process.
- Guide users in setting up and completing their profile on the portal.
- Follow up with interested prospects to ensure successful account activation.
- Convert leads into registered users by providing accurate information and addressing queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, registrations, and follow-ups in the CRM/portal.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly registration and acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.
- Adhere to company policies, calling guidelines, and quality standards.
