Job Description

This is a foundation-stage role. The expectation is ownership, speed, and discipline.


  • Take complete ownership of assigned requirements from brief to closure
  • Deliver relevant shortlists, not bulk CVs
  • Maintain daily activity and pipeline visibility
  • Build and follow simple recruitment processes and trackers
  • Communicate clearly with candidates and clients, no gaps, no excuses
  • Follow up relentlessly until closure or a clear stop decision
  • Handle pressure, targets, and rejections without dropping standards
  • Work ethically with candidate data and client commitments
