Job Description
A Real Estate Sales Executive drives property transactions by generating leads, guiding prospective buyers through property viewings, and closing sales. They act as the bridge between developers/sellers and clients, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and market knowledge to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:Identify and develop relationships with potential buyers through cold calling, networking, and marketing activities.
- Client Consultation:Meet with clients to understand their exact property needs, budget, and investment goals.
- Property Showings: Schedule and conduct site visits or property tours to showcase features and benefits.
