Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operations.
• Monitor and manage customer inquiries, leads, and portal updates.
• Assign and track leads to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Guide the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve basic queries.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Customer Support.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/Lead Management portals.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
