Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with recruitment processes, and the ability to identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Conduct reference and background checks as required.

Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
