Position: Human Resources (HR) Executive
Job Summary
AMUWA CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated and professional HR Executive to manage and support all human resource functions. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, policy implementation, performance monitoring, and maintaining a positive workplace environment. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to support the company's growth and employee development.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.
2. Employee Attendance & Leave Management
• Monitor daily attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
• Address attendance-related issues and policy violations.
• Ensure compliance with company working hours and leave policies.
3. Employee Relations
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
• Promote a healthy and positive work environment.
• Support employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
• Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
4. Performance Management
• Monitor employee performance and productivity.
• Coordinate performance reviews and appraisals.
• Issue warning letters and performance improvement notices when required.
• Assist managers in implementing performance improvement plans.
5. HR Administration
• Maintain employee files and HR databases.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and resignations.
6. Training & Development
• Identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
• Track employee learning and development activities.
• Support career growth initiatives.
7. Payroll & Compliance Support
• Coordinate attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Maintain statutory records and employee documentation.
• Support audits and compliance requirements.
8. Employee Engagement & Welfare
• Organize employee events, celebrations, and team activities.
• Promote employee well-being and workplace satisfaction.
• Support recognition and reward programs.
• Encourage a culture of collaboration and professionalism.
Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
• Recruitment and interviewing skills.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Documentation and record-keeping abilities.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong HR knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
