WE ARE HIRING FOR CP CHANNEL FOR REAL ESTATE COMPANY.
Core Responsibilities
- Data Management: Maintain both digital and physical personnel records, including employment contracts, background checks, and attendance logs in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). [1, 2]
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate the new hire process by processing joining documents, ordering equipment, conducting orientation, and managing exit formalities. [1, 2]
- Payroll & Benefits: Collect and verify data regarding leaves, overtime, and attendance to pass on to the payroll team, and assist employees with benefits enrollment. [1, 2]
