Target: Minimum ₹50 Lakhs per month (Maximum No Limit)

Job SummaryAre you an aggressive, self-motivated sales leader with a passion for hyper-growth? We are a fast-growing apparel manufacturer specializing in T-shirts, Lowers, Shorts, and Coat-Pants. We are looking for an extraordinary Sales Manager who doesn’t just look for a stable 10-to-7 job, but has an extreme hunger to scale revenue, build a massive B2B network, and consistently smash a target of minimum ₹50 Lakhs per month, with maximum sales having absolutely no limit.

Mandatory Requirement: The ideal candidate must come directly from a similar garment manufacturing and wholesale background and must bring an existing, active customer base of domestic buyers. An existing network of overseas/export clients will be considered a major added advantage.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Generation & Target Achievement (The ₹50L+ Pipeline)Own the Target: Take absolute ownership of achieving a minimum baseline of ₹50 Lakhs per month in sales revenue, with the drive to push past it into unlimited scaling.
  • Leverage Existing Network: Immediately tap into your existing customer base of wholesalers, distributors, and retail garment chains to secure immediate bulk manufacturing orders.
  • International Expansion (Added Advantage): Utilize an existing base of overseas customers to open up export channels, managing international inquiries from sampling to bulk container shipments.
  • Cross-Category Selling: Effectively map and push our entire manufacturing portfolio—from casual/activewear (T-shirts, Lowers, Shorts) to premium formalwear (Coat-Pants) into relevant market segments.
  • 2. Network Expansion & Relationship ManagementDistributor Network Building: Appoint new tier-1 and tier-2 distributors and wholesalers across target states/regions to widen our market penetration.
  • Key Account Management: Maintain flawless relationships with high-ticket clients to secure repeat manufacturing orders, ensuring smooth communication from sampling to final bulk delivery.
  • 3. Sales Operations & CoordinationSampling to Production Alignment: Coordinate tightly with our internal fashion design and production teams to ensure client samples (fabric quality, GSM, fits, and trims) are approved swiftly.
  • Payment & Ledger Recovery: Ensure healthy cash flow by managing timely payment collections and strict credit cycle monitoring from clients as per company policies.
  • Required Skills and QualificationsBackground: Minimum 4+ years of core B2B sales experience working directly within a similar apparel manufacturing and wholesale setup.
  • Book of Business (Mandatory): A proven, transferable, and active domestic customer base of ready-made garment wholesalers, retail buying houses, and large-scale distributors.
  • Global Exposure (Preferred): An existing base of overseas/international customers is a major plus and will give you an immediate edge in our selection process.
  • Unmatched Drive: A highly self-motivated personality with a thick skin, exceptional negotiation skills, and a "never-say-die" attitude toward closing bulk deals.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong command over Hindi and English to confidently pitch to corporate heads, international buyers, as well as traditional wholesale market leaders.
