Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Experience

1–3 Years (Minimum 1 year of site experience is mandatory)

Qualification

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Minimum 1 year of on-site project execution experience

Role Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Civil Engineer to manage and coordinate waste management projects. The candidate will primarily work from the office while coordinating with site teams, managing manpower, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely execution. Site visits across PAN India will be required whenever assigned by the company.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage waste management project activities.

Handle and supervise manpower deployed at different project sites.

Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely project execution.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

Plan and allocate manpower as per project requirements.

Maintain project documentation and records.

Resolve site-related issues through proper coordination.

Visit project sites across PAN India whenever required by the company.

Ensure compliance with company policies and project timelines.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.

Strong leadership and manpower management skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel across PAN India when required.

Travel & Accommodation

The role is primarily office-based. However, candidates may be required to travel to project sites across PAN India as per company requirements.

For all official travel assigned by the company, travel expenses and accommodation will be provided by the company as per company policy.

Candidates should be willing to travel whenever required for project execution, site inspections, client meetings, or operational support.
