Candidates holding a valid DRA Certificate will be preferred.

📞 Lead and manage a team of telecallers handling loan recovery and EMI collections

🎯 Monitor daily calling activities and ensure team members achieve collection targets

👥 Train, motivate, and mentor the team to improve productivity and recovery performance

📊 Review daily MIS reports, collection status, and individual team performance

💬 Handle escalated customer cases and negotiate repayment plans professionally

📋 Ensure all recovery activities comply with RBI guidelines, debt collection laws, and company policies

📈 Conduct performance reviews, team meetings, and regular coaching sessions

🤝 Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and collection-related issues

📞 Monitor call quality, customer interactions, and adherence to company processes

🚀 Drive continuous process improvements to maximize collections and customer satisfaction

💰 Salary:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 (As per Skill & Experience)

💸 Incentive: ₹40,000+ (Based on Performance)
