We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Software Developer who can build modern applications, maintain production systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and support our internal technology infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities

Software Development

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.

Build responsive and modern user interfaces using React.js.

Develop scalable backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases.

Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Build reusable components and scalable application architecture.

Integrate third-party APIs and internal services.

Perform code reviews and follow software development best practices.

Deployment & DevOps

Configure and maintain separate Development, Staging, and Production environments.

Deploy and maintain applications using Docker.

Work with Kubernetes (preferred) for container orchestration and scaling.

Configure Linux servers, Nginx/Apache, SSL certificates, environment variables, and reverse proxies.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Monitor deployed applications and ensure high availability.

Perform application updates with minimal downtime.

Production Support

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly.

Identify application bugs, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.

Monitor server logs, application logs, and database performance.

Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

Perform regular maintenance and system health checks.

Internal Technology & IT Support

Develop and maintain internal company software, dashboards, and automation tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to company laptops, desktops, printers, networking, and other IT assets whenever required.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, development software, drivers, and required applications on company devices.

Diagnose hardware and software issues and coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary.

Assist employees with software installation, system configuration, and technical troubleshooting.

Maintain company development machines and ensure they are properly configured for development work.

Manage backups, system updates, and basic security practices for company devices.

Document technical issues and their resolutions for future reference.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in Full Stack Development (exceptional freshers with strong projects may also apply).

Experience working in Agile environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
