JOB-DESCRIPTION:
Position: Sale’s Executive (Real-Estate Customer Facing Role)
Schedule: Full-Time Work from Office- 6 Days/Week. Sat/Sun Mandate Working with weekday off
Work Location: Can be Varthur or Whitefield depending on the management’s discretion
Work Timings: Strictly 10 AM to 7 PM IST (9 Hours of Work with 1 Hour of Lunch Break) with a demand to be flexible to extend on Saturday & Sundays
Dress Code: Strictly Business Formals (Tie Mandatory for Men)

Diligent Corp Role: Sales Executive (Customer Success & Real Estate Advisory)
Location: Bangalore (Varthur/Whitefield) The Opportunity Real Estate is the backbone of the Indian economy, and Diligent Corp is at the forefront as a premium Mandate Partner.This role is a high-speed entry into the world of luxury sales, negotiation, and asset management. Detailed Job Responsibilities Client Advisory: Act as the face of Diligent Corp for prestigious projects across Bangalore. Conduct high-impact presentations and site walkthroughs for HNI and NRI clients. Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the journey from lead generation and site visits to final closing and post-sales documentation. Strategic Follow-ups: Maintain a disciplined cadence of client communication via CRM, ensuring no lead goes cold.
Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on the Bangalore real estate market to provide data-backed advice to prospective buyers. Work Culture & Timings (Mandatory Compliance) We maintain a high-performance culture that respects the peak buying hours of our customers.
Standard Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Standard Work Week: Real Estate is most active when our customers are off work. Therefore, Saturday and Sunday are mandatory full working days. Operational Flexibility: On weekends (Sat/Sun), the team is expected to have the flexibility to extend hours beyond 7:00 PM to accommodate late evening client meetings or closures. Weekly Off: You will be entitled to one day off during the week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). This is decided based on the Team Roster or your Team Lead’s approval.
Candidate Requirements Educational Background: Open to all streams (Management, Commerce, and Arts preferred). Communication: Mastery of English is a must. Proficiency in Hindi or Kannada or Tamil or Telugu is highly advantageous. Presentation: A "Professional-First" mindset regarding grooming and attire. Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license (Essential for site visits). Traits: Resilience, high emotional intelligence, and a hunger for financial growth through incentives.
