We are looking for an energetic and experienced HR professional to manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance activities.

• Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionHandle
• end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.

• Employee Management
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and employee grievances.
• Ensure smooth employee onboarding and exit processes.
• Conduct employee engagement activities.

• HR Operations

• Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies.
• Maintain HRMIS and employee databases.
• Coordinate with management regarding manpower planning.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Performance Management

• Monitor employee performance and attendance.
• Assist management in performance appraisal processes.
• Identify training and development requirements.

• Compliance & Documentation
• Maintain statutory compliance records.
• Coordinate documentation related to audits and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.
