Job Description – Store Manager (Hair Originals, Bangalore)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our new Hair Originals store in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a well-managed, motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory, and visual merchandising
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
• Recruit, train, and manage store staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain/warehouse team for timely replenishment
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to brand display standards
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share performance updates with management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and promotional guidelines
• Manage cash handling, billing, and POS operations
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail store management (experience in salon, beauty, or haircare retail preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
