Job Description

Job Title: Account Purchase Support / Operations

Location: Goregaon

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Education: Graduate (Any Stream)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Purchase Support / Operations to handle billing, purchase coordination, and material tracking for daily business operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, maintaining purchase records, and tracking material movement to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and generate invoices in the system accurately and on time
  • Handle billing-related documentation and maintain proper records
  • Support purchase activities including creating purchase entries and maintaining purchase records
  • Track incoming and outgoing materials and maintain inventory-related records
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for purchase follow-ups
  • Maintain records of material purchases, deliveries, and stock updates
  • Verify purchase bills, invoices, and supporting documents
  • Ensure all billing, purchase, and documentation records are updated and organized
  • Assist in preparing reports related to billing, purchases, and material tracking
  • Support basic accounting and administrative tasks as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in billing, accounts, purchase support, or related roles
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and invoicing/accounting systems
  • Good understanding of purchase documentation and record management
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good coordination and communication abilities
